Return & Exchange Policy

At Uechit, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. While we do not accept returns, we offer an exchange policy within 7 days of delivery. Please read our policy below for more details:

If you wish to exchange a product, it must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been used or are not in resalable condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at nayansutharhuf@gmail.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with the information required to proceed with the exchange process.

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept any exchanges. We kindly request you to initiate the exchange process promptly if you wish to make a change.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product being returned must be in new, unused condition, and all original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet these criteria.

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we can issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
